The RMA # should be on the paperwork so we can identify the unit being returned. For safety purposes you should also send the MSDS for the process fluid used in the pump and the cleaning fluid used to clean it up before shipment. It is also helpful to have a detailed description of the problem you were experiencing when you removed the unit from production.
There are several options that may be available at different times to shorten the turnaround times. If the workload allows we may be able to expedite your repair with an expedite fee. Depending on our current refurbished unit stock we may also be able to exchange your existing unit with a fully refurbished unit, or there may be a refurbished unit of the same configuration available for purchase.
